• X-T4 — the workhorse: in-body stabilisation, flip-and-rotate screen, big battery, strong video.
• X-T30 / X-T30 II — the small T-series body, same files as its bigger sibling at a lower price.
• X-E3 / X-E4 — rangefinder-style and light, ideal for everyday carry and street photography.
• X100 series — the fixed 23mm compact; hard to find new, so used prices are high.

• Shutter — Fujifilm does not store the shutter count openly in EXIF the way Nikon does, so judge by the outside condition and ask about its history. Other methods are in the shutter count guide (Thai).
• Top dials — the ISO, shutter-speed and exposure-compensation dials must turn firmly with a click and not be loose. This is where a Fuji wears first.
• Grip rubber and covers — swollen or lifting rubber is normal on a camera several years old and does not affect use, but it is a fair point when judging condition.
• Sensor and EVF — as with any mirrorless camera, shoot the sky at f/16 and look for dark spots, and check the EVF for dead pixels.
