Are prices shown in Thai baht?
Yes - every price on the site is in Thai baht (฿).
Are the photos of the actual item?
Yes. The photos on each listing are of that exact camera or lens, not manufacturer stock images. Want more angles or a video? Just ask us on LINE.
How do I order online?
Tap “Add to cart” or “Buy now” on a product, enter your name and phone, choose pickup or delivery, then scan the Thai QR / PromptPay code for the exact amount and upload the slip on your order page. No account needed.
How can I pay?
Online with Thai QR / PromptPay (works with any Thai banking app), or cash / bank transfer when you collect at the shop. No Thai bank account? Choose pickup and pay cash.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes. When you confirm an order on the website we hold the item for 24 hours while you pay. You can also message us on LINE to arrange a viewing.
Can I see the item before buying?
Of course - visit our shop at 2297 Charoen Krung Rd, Wat Phraya Krai, Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok 10120, open daily 11:00–19:00. Message us first so we can confirm it is still available.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok? How long does it take?
We deliver anywhere in Thailand (not abroad). We ship within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed; delivery usually takes 3–10 days depending on the area, and we send the tracking number by chat.
What if there is a problem with the item?
Tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos or a video. If it is a fault that was not disclosed in the listing, we offer a repair, an exchange or a refund and pay the return shipping. Change of mind is not covered.
